These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of AutoPosterPro software and services. By using our service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing, accessing, or using AutoPosterPro, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our service.

2. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use AutoPosterPro for your internal business purposes.

• Each license is valid for one (1) device only
• Licenses may not be shared, transferred, or resold
• We reserve the right to revoke licenses for violations of these Terms

3. Restrictions

You agree NOT to:

• Share, distribute, or sublicense your license key to others
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
• Use the service for any illegal purpose or to violate any laws
• Use the service to post fraudulent, misleading, or prohibited content
• Circumvent or attempt to circumvent license restrictions
• Use automated systems to abuse the software beyond normal use

4. Facebook Marketplace Compliance

You are solely responsible for ensuring your listings comply with Facebook's Terms of Service, Community Standards, and Commerce Policies. We are not responsible for any actions Facebook takes against your account, including but not limited to shadowbans, suspensions, or terminations.

5. Payment and Subscriptions

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

6. Intellectual Property

AutoPosterPro and all associated intellectual property rights are owned by us. You retain ownership of your vehicle data and listings content.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL AUTOPOSTERPRO BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, REGARDLESS OF THE CAUSE OF ACTION.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AutoPosterPro and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the software ceases immediately.

11. Governing Law

For Canadian Users: These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.

For US Users: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the software. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
