Data Storage
License data is stored securely on our servers. Device identifiers are used exclusively for license validation and are never shared.

Your Rights
You may request deletion of your account data at any time by contacting us. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.

1. Acceptance
By installing or using AutoPosterPro ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. License
AutoPosterPro grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service on one device per license purchased. Licenses may not be shared, resold, or transferred without written consent.

3. Permitted Use
The Service is intended for use by licensed motor vehicle dealerships to assist with creating Facebook Marketplace vehicle listings. Use of the Service must comply with all applicable laws and Facebook's Terms of Service.

4. Prohibited Use
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service. You may not use the Service to post false, misleading, or fraudulent vehicle listings. You may not circumvent any license or device binding mechanisms.

5. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. AutoPosterPro does not guarantee uninterrupted service, compatibility with all dealer platforms, or acceptance of listings by third-party platforms including Facebook Marketplace.

6. Limitation of Liability
AutoPosterPro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any account restrictions imposed by Facebook or other third parties.

7. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your license for violation of these Terms without refund.

8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.

9. Changes
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
